05/08 - Smoking with the "Flying Cigar"

This morning I decided spontaneously to take a ride to Kreuzlingen. Nino (www.flyingcigar.de) has told me some days before that he'll be there, but plans had been a bit different and changed this morning. During this first smoke Marcel also arrived...

After the arrival at the shop I started the day with a very delicious LGC MdO No. 4, I don't know which year, but it was very smooth, bloomy and tasty.

After some nice conversations, Espresso and a Davidoff Cognac we moved to the Lounge where I fired up the Gran Robusto from the Partagas 160 Anniversary humidor which was released in 2006. Very unique flavor and a very typical tone which was very intensive, but neither Urs nor I could really name what it is...

We exchanged the latest news with Nino, talking about further plans for the rest of the year, like upcoming Pharmacy smokes etc.

The Partagas was awesome, a cigar which was hard to top. I decided to take an Upmann Petit Corona from 1998 which was definetly mindblowing strong... WTF!! 12 years old and so strong... they need still more time to settle down...

Due to the further plans for the rest of the day I left at 5 pm and on my way back I had to make a stop to take two pictures givin you a view over the beautiful Lake Constance.... the first sunny day after one week of rain...
