Cohiba Robusto 2004

A fine, colorado-colored wrapper with a decent smell of hay, wood and tobacco... that's the first impression of the Cohiba Robusto.

Right from the first puff the cigar shows peppery notes which faint away after a while and change to leather, roasted coffee and also earthy aromas...

During the second third the cigar definitely has more complexity... leather and earth are still present, joined by decent sweetness, some grassy notes (that's typical Cohiba for me), cedar and hints of dried fruits.

The last third... the big final of that great stick: a crescendo of honey sweetness, creamy flavor, cacao and tobacco... outstanding good.

This stick's just 7 years old and it´s smoking already fantastic... hard to imagine how good it'll be with a few more years...

I guess it's not worth to mention that the burn and draw were without any issues during the smoking time of 100 minutes.
