Presenting the humidor and talking about future plans


On 10/01 there was a press conference at Portmann's shop in Kreuzlingen where they'd the presentation of the humidor they won in the auction during the Festival del Habano, Havana in February this year.

A nice piece of art and even after seeing it in the shop, I'm still convinced it looks like some kinda tomb stone..

Another brandnew information was the opening of a new shop in the city of St. Gallen in March 2011.

This will be, after Kreuzlingen, which is run by Urs Portmann himself, and Vaduz, which is run by his youngest son Marc, the third shop and it'll be run by his oldest son Thomas.

    Great looking Humidor, I also liked the
    H.Upmann one which is a fine looking piece
    of art.
    As for this one looking like a tombstone,I
    wouldn't mind one like that. LOL
