Homemade filled pasta


Two weeks ago I decided to make some pasta on my own... inspired by the pasta squares filled with blood sausage we'd a while ago in Wiesbaden.... unfortunately I didn't get the needed blood sausages and due to this I decided to make it with some salmon filling.

Pasta dough is easy to make... and after preparation and rest time I rolled it out, cut it into pieces and put the salmon cream on it.

The closing was a bit difficult, the squares always re-opened and some filling came out, but in the end all kept close and were ready to put them into the boiling water.



After a short time they all came up to the surface, showing that the were ready to serve....

While I took care of the Pasta, Tanja prepared some sauce... in this case with sage and butter... that's it. Some fresh grated Parmesan on the top of it.... Voilá.... here ya go...
