Beer Champanoise - DeuS Brut des Flandres, Cuvée 2009

This is not a regular beer nor it's a Champagne... but it's simply amazing... it combines two worlds, Champagne and Beer... and it's a great combination. The bottle and label desgin reminds a little bit of a Dom Perignon...

Nose: Fresh apples is the most dominant aroma coming to the nose... some hop, citrus and malt in the background.

Taste: Very smooth in the mouth, pleasant sparkling.... nice sweetness and fruity taste of fresh apples and citrus... decent aroma of yeast....

Aftertaste: Dry, but very pleasant with some hints of ginger...
