For all who speak not German: it's a traditional Swiss dish and the best translation for it is "Hash browns and veal strips in cream and mushroom sauce". It's delicious.... This time I added also some calf's kidneys to the veal strips... it's said to be an important part of the original recipe...
For those who know that dish... it's just to make you a bit mouthwatering...
