Ardbeg 1975, Spirit of Scotland

One of those older Ardbegs you can get at a reasonable price....unfortunately bottled at 40 %.

Nose: Decent sweetness, citrus, hints of smoke, seaweed

Taste: A perfect balance of citrus, charcoal, smoke, some herbs and saltiness hits the palate, with the smoke being very intensive.

Aftertaste: The smoke seems to be everlasting... what a nice dram
