It´s a while back that I met my friend Marc from Canada... but now he´s back again in Europe for some business and so we took the chance to meet.
After my arrival at Portmann in Vaduz Marc handed me out a Romeo y Julieta EL 2004 to smoke, a fantastic starter... I really enjoyed it while having good conversation with him...
After he closed the shop the other Marc joined us and we moved to the Cubaclub where we spent the rest of the evening. A really entertaining evening with a lot of interesting stories and good and bad smokes...
I tried the Sancho Panza ER Germany from last year... and it was a big disappointment. Not worth the money imho. Very harsh, acidlike in the beginning and after that: tasteless.
The Montecristo Millenium Robusto which I´d then was much better... but even though it´s already 12 years old you can still taste the youth of the cigar and the big potential which is in it... they´ll be a classic in few more years...
The time flew by but we agreed that Marc´ll join us for our whisky tasting in October because he´ll be in Switzerland at this time again.
