Planked Poutine Burger


Another way to serve a burger... not in a bun but on a bed of homemade potato wedges, covered with some shredded Swiss Appenzeller and some portwine gravy on top of it... so delicious...

First step, as always: prepare the paddies and put them back to the fridge
