Beef brisket burger


I like beef brisket... and that what I made for yesterday's dinner... luckily we'd some leftovers which gave me the idea to make a brisket burger... I checked for some ideas in the internet and here you go...

I mixed it the brisket, which I cut in smaller pieces before, half and half with some fresh ground beef  and formed some paddies... each about half a pound...

Additionally I sauteed some onions and fried some bacon, some on top of the paddie and put it on a homemade bun... all in all an absolutely delicious combo...




In this case I made it only because I had some leftovers... when I make the next brisket, I'll take care to have some leftovers for sure... this burger was so delicious!! Fingerlicking tasty!!
