Dark colorado colored wrapper, matt. Even through the cello you can smell the strong aromas: wood, tobacco, leather, coffee.
The first third starts with the typical vintage flavor of an aged cigar, but in this case like on steriods.... It's not filigree, but really strong. Leather, dark roasted coffee and strong Espresso... the main flavors which hit my taste buds like a hammer!
During the second third some bitter flavors came up, but they are not unpleasant. Leather is still there, woody and tary notes join it, creating flavorwise a very strong mixture.
The last third: Tar and wood are still there, strong tobacco.... wow! It's getting a bit harsh. This cigar still needs more time to get a better balance. The nicotine is definetly strong now. I had a good dinner before but this cigar is a blast!
The smoking time was 90 minutes with an always perfect draw.
