04/05 - Sausage party


I've been invited by a friend for a really delightful event... meeting with a bunch of guys, having good food and drinks and also some cigars... sounds like a great line-up... and believe me: it was!

He prepared a awesome menu, I think there's nothing else to say, the pictures speak for its own. I didn't take pictures of the wine but we'd the corresponding wine to each course... a fantastic afternoon... evening... night!

Here is its... 10 different courses, served from 4 pm until 11.30 pm...


First course: Pacific wild salmon with capers, onion and horseraddish foam



Second course: foamy lemongrass soup with a king prawn


Third course: warm salad with potato, onion, fried bacon, capers and sardines



Fourth course: spicy mangosalad with tuna



Fifth course: fawn saltimboca with porcini risotto



Sixth course: mango sorbet (which was followed by an Espresso and a Bolivar Belicosos Finos)



Seventh course: Spagetthi Bolognese with wild hog


Eighth course: wild hog goulash in its own gravy with spaetzle




Ninth course: pannacotta with blackberry sauce


Tenth course: rum cake
