06/05 - Whisky and... seafood


Another evening with whisky and food in the Gemsle in Dornbirn... seafood was on the agenda to be accompanied by several tasty Single Malts... and some others... but I for my part stuck the Malts...

The 12 yo. Port Charlotte from the SSMC is really worth to be mentioned... an extraordinary whisky... an awesome choice that Maggie made in this case...

The food was very good, as always... no reason to complain... after the main course we enjoyed the rest of the evening with some cigars and a platter of cheese...
