08/03 - Hoher Kasten reloaded

It's been a while ago that I'd been on the Hohe Kasten, 2 years to be precisely. Due to my accident and the metal that I still have my leg I don't do trips like this, I first wanna have it out and being recovered completely.

But luckily I won two tickets for the cable train which goes from Bruelisau to the top of the mountain, so we took the chance to use them for this trip... at first the weather seemed to change, some clouds came up and the wind was getting cold but about 20 minutes later the sun came out again and made it a perfect day.

The air was a bit damp but the view wasn't too bad at all... I hope the pix give you an impression about the beautiful part of the country we live in...

Back in the valley there was a group of guys with some historical motorbikes at the restaurant close to the lower terminus, some of them around 80 years old... I took some more pix before we left home...
