Stuffed Greek Burger

When being in the States the last time I also bought a press to make stuffed burgers. Of course you can do it without it, but it's at least the more convenient way... Taking into consideration the serious weight of approx. 400 g for the burger paddie and the height of minimum 3 cm, it's not a size that you'll put in a bun anymore therefore I decided to serve it on a bed of salad.

For the filling I took some diced sheep cheese, finely cut chili pepper and tomato, all seasoned with my Hellas Dust which gives it a Mediterranean touch.

I was thinking about grilling like a regular burger but because of the weight I put in on the plank and grilled it with indirect heat, I guess that's the easier way to cook it through completely without any risk that it falls apart.

I put some tzatziki on top of it before I served it... believe me... it's delicious...
